Where Clean Racing Meets Pure Competition
The Veitch Automobile Club (VeitchClub) is an F1 Sim Racing league built on the core values of competition, clean racing ethics, and driver community. We host weekly league sessions designed to test speed, strategy, and racecraft.
Whether you're a seasoned sim racer seeking split-second battles at the front of the grid or a newcomer eager to improve, we support drivers of all platforms and inputs.
Steward Reviewed
Independent, thorough incident reviews after every race. Clean racing rules are strictly enforced to guarantee fair battles.
Active Community
Our thriving Discord is the paddock hub. Discuss setups, view telemetry, chat with teammates, and share clip highlights.
Tiered Divisions
We balance grid speed by seeding drivers into competitive divisions based on pre-season time trials and pace evals.
Telemetry & Stats
Deep dive telemetry analytics, historical race records, and detailed stats will be tracked continuously via our upcoming league app (currently in closed beta).
Rules & Regulations
Fair play and sportsmanship form the foundation of our racing grid. Review the settings and expectations before racing.
To ensure competitive parity while keeping racing accessible, our standard settings are configured as follows:
- Steering Assist: Off
- Braking Assist: Off
- Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS): Allowed
- Traction Control: Allowed (Medium or Full)
- Racing Line: Allowed (Corners Only recommended)
- Gearbox: Manual or Automatic
- Race Distance: 4 races per session (25% and 35% formats)
- Qualifying Format: Short & One-Shot Qualifiers
- Damage: Standard or Simulation (based on split division)
All drivers are expected to drive cleanly and respect their competitors on the circuit:
- One Move Defending: You are allowed one defensive line change. Weaving or moving in the braking zone is strictly prohibited.
- Leave Space: If an overtaking driver has established a significant portion of their car alongside yours before the corner entry, you must yield sufficient racing room.
- Rejoins: If you leave the track boundaries, rejoin only when safe. Do not cut across the track or enter directly into the path of oncoming cars.
- Blue Flags: Lapped cars must facilitate a safe overtake for the leaders within 4 corners of receiving a blue flag.
If you are involved in a racing incident, you have the right to request a formal steward inquiry:
- Filing window: Reports must be submitted via the designated Discord channel within 24 hours of the race conclusion.
- Evidence: Video telemetry or video capture clips from both perspectives (if possible) are required to open a review.
- Penalties: The steward panel can issue time penalties (e.g., +5s, +10s), license point deductions, or grid drops for subsequent events.
- Appeals: A driver has 12 hours after a steward ruling to submit one appeal for final committee verification.
